The Damage Prevention Council of Florida (DPC) is a collective of damage prevention stakeholders that meet regularly to share ideas and discuss solutions to issues such as ways to improve the process, increase safety and reduce damages.

Have you ever wanted to travel with us to Tallahassee to meet with our elected State Senators & Representatives? Now is the time to register for the NUCA of Florida Legislative Days! We will be traveling to Tallahassee on Monday, March 31 to Walk The Halls of the Capital on Tuesday, April 1.

We are excited for the first ever NUCA National Equipment Operators Championship happening at the National Convention on March 20th in Orlando!
This exciting new event gives our craft professionals the opportunity to showcase their skills, learn and improve on their safety practices, gain valuable experience with the latest equipment and techniques and most importantly, be named Best of the Best in the country!
The championship is fast approaching, and spaces are limited! Register your team and give them an experience they won’t forget. Will your crew be there?

Planning for next year’s event is underway, with the 2025 Convention & Exhibit taking place March 18-21, 2025 in Orlando, Florida. The annual convention will introduce new events and bring back attendee favorites!

The topic of this meeting will be the NUCA of South Florida Workforce Development Program. Come to this meeting to learn more about what NUCA is doing for YOU!
We will have a special guest speaker Palm Beach County School District Board Member, Erica Whitfield, representing District 4.
The cost to attend is $50 for dinner and two drink tickets. You must be registered to attend the event.

*Space is limited to the first 25 attendees. NUCA of South Florida reserves the right to cancel the class if the minimum person requirement is not met. Registrations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.
The first South Florida Damage Prevention Council Meeting for 2025 will be on Wednesday, January 29 from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm at Miami Dade Water & Sewer (WASD). Lunch will be provided.

It is time to register for the 10th Annual Clay Shoot! The Clay Shoot Committee is planning another awesome event for you. The event will be held on Saturday, January 18 at the South Florida Shooting Club in Palm City.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the NUCA of South Florida Workforce Development Program!
If you register your team before January 1, there is a discounted rate so don’t wait!
Register Today for the NUCA Safety Training Classes being held on Friday, December 13 at the ABC Training Room in Coconut Creek. These classes will be taught in Spanish.
