ABOUT NUCA of SOUTH FLORIDA
Who Are We ?
NUCA of South Florida was formed in 1974. The UCA of South Florida is a chapter of the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA). NUCA is the only national organization whose sole focus is the sewer, water, gas and underground utility construction industry. Utility contractors seeking unity to tackle industry-wide problems and improve industry conditions formed NUCA in 1964.
NUCA represents more than 1,500 members nationwide and is affiliated with 40 state and local chapters. NUCA maintains a wide range of benefits, educational opportunities and services designed specifically for the utility contractors.
NUCA of South Florida
Primary goals are to ensure the flow of clean water to the citizens of South Florida,increase awareness of our valued infrastructure, protect the environment of South Florida and to enhance and promote the interest of the utility construction industry at all levels of government.
National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA) was founded in 1964 and is the driving force for improving conditions in the utility construction and excavation industry, for both open-cut and trenchless contractors. The UCA of South Florida chapter was formed in 1974 for Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, Dade and Monroe counties.
